ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND:

PSI Laos has been hosting PiA fellows since 2001. Fellows have held a variety of responsibilities including working closely with the Lao team to support different project developments, traveling to different provinces to participate in field work, collaborating in various reports, assisting in producing monthly newsletters, engaging with donor relations, helping the communications and marketing team, and cooperating in research synthesis and analysis. Fellows are encouraged to express their interests at PSI Laos to gain more experiences in areas they want to grow in.

ABOUT THE POSITION: 

The Program Support Fellow(s) will play an important role in assisting the Marketing and Communications team, but with opportunities to work on cross-cutting projects involving the Research, Programs, Marketing Departments. The Program Support Fellow(s) will perform a vital role in supporting these teams to meet their goals by supporting English written up on knowledge management, internal and external communications, program evaluation and strategy development, storytelling, and other support.
