ABOUT THE POSITION: 

A PiA Fellow would work as a Business Development Lead at a nonprofit social innovation firm dedicated to finding innovative and creative solutions to some of the most pressing issues in the ger areas of Ulaanbaatar. They partner with top universities and institutions globally and locally in the fields of architecture, design, engineering, and education. The PiA Fellow will develop strategies for and manage business initiatives to enable the organization to operate as a social enterprise in the future. The organization has drafted strategies and the BD Lead will expand the organization's plan into business strategies and implement them. The Fellow will have an ongoing business project (i.e. a merchandise line) to advance from business perspectives and start generating revenue. Additionally, the organization is planning to kick off community-based tourism to serve the communities around our community space in ger areas of Ulaanbaatar and the BD Lead will manage this new project.
