ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Chiang Mai Rock Climbing Adventures (CMRCA) is an experiential education and team building company founded by a PiA alumnus and his wife. CMRCA organizes adventure tours focused on rock climbing and caving around the Crazy Horse Buttress and Lampang. ABOUT THE POSITION: 

The Organizational Development Fellow is a unique, flexible and exciting position that is grounded in a rich intercultural experience. Working closely with all members of the organization including senior leadership as well as front line staff, the Fellow will assist in the development and maintenance of systems and processes across all divisions and functions in the company aiming to enhance efficiency and collaboration throughout the organization. The position includes work on organizational systems and IT as well as developing curriculum for programs and experiences as well as facilitation of those experiences. Their efforts will contribute to the development of new areas of programming and recreation and help in making outdoor recreation and experiential education a valued industry in the region.
